someone i know has it in their arm, and it took years for it to be diagnosed, they find the only thing that really helps is heat!
thats what we initially thought babe, had physio no cure then had a mri scan and tendon is fine!
the thing yesterday we found is its completely numb on the bicep region where the red line is, ive just had my parent scraping me with a needle while i look away and i could not feel a thing.
surely that must be a nerve due to numbness
