I keep hearing this, yet how comes I have never found a page that said I can't see something cos Java isn't enabled, and have no problem viewing any Youtube, youporn, etc (ie, flash video sites) on the iphone?
As for "decent rich content" - thats the whole point of the browser - it's the same browser as Safari for Mac or Windows!
The whole point is it displays all the same stuff you'd get on your computer, unless you choose to use Google Mobile or Facebook for iPhone, both of which are optimised for viewing on a PDA or handheld!
Whichever way you cut it, it's still far richer in content and viewing capabilities than trying to get the internet on a fucking N95
Or even on Opera Mini on the BLackberry's and the like..... Fuck me, using a Nokia to view the web is like viewing WAP in the old days

WTF are you talking about? Did you even read the post? I listed half a dozen things wrong with it and suggested two other alternatives that are better than it in different fields!
As for who's a cunt getting reeled in, have you used the phone? IE< properly used it, not just played with it for 5 mins in a shop? Cos I have, so I ain't getting reeled in at all. I based my opinions and findings on actual useage, and thus an educated opinion. I would lay money on the fact you're just another one that wants to be on the bandwagon of the "it's cool to bash apple", and can't base anything you say on expirience as you haven't had one!
What are all these adverts? I've seen two? How many do Nokia have?.
And what does the USA have to do with it? I can only presume it's because Apple is an American company, but then so is virtually everything you use (either that or Japanese), including Microsoft, so I fail to see the relevancy of the quip?
