OK well there's no actual water, although there is evidence of there once being water in there. I didn't have the right tool to get the plugs out as my plug tool is for larger plugs so I'll have to buy a deep socket for that.

yes mate that from the right hand washer jet pop the washer jet out and put some
sealer beween the bonnet and jet i use sump sealer push the jet back in and clean
the excess off, change the plugs, that your bad starting because the rain water
leaks in overnight and when u go to start it the plugs are wet but there dry out with the heat, did u poor water over the bonnet and washer jet and see where it ended up mate
