I have recently been suffering from bad running problems so the car will at some point have to go back to MSD as it seems theirs a problem on the fuel side of things when the car is travelling on the motorway at around 70-80mph.

At first i thought it was the cossie misfire issue so it's had new phase sensor, CPS, 3 bar, 3 sets of 071c plugs, dizzy cap, arm, fuel reg, 909 leads, grp A coil, fuel filter, oil filter and the car feels alot better and around the town drives spot on but i can't seem to shift this splutter between 1900-3100 rpm when driving on the motorway at around 70-80mph on vacuum pressure.
When the car boosts it goes like a train and has no problems at all which has me stumped but it appears it has been this way since i had an EVO chip fitted so it's best it goes back to be checked.

I rebuilt the car to look as standard on the exterior as possible but i have since got bored with that look so i have fitted a set of RS500 front bumper grills and have just sourced a brand new RS500 rear lower spolier and will be on the lookout for the rest of the kit to make the body more aggresive.

But saving the best bit for last, i have just put a deposit on a new set of Compomotive CXN 7.5x17" front and 8x17" rear i couldn't resist after seeing many wearing these at ford fair i knew i had to have a set so hopefully i will have these with me within the next month. Yes i know they are narrow compared to some but i didn't really want to cut into the arches so these are better for me.

Under the bonnet will be getting attension this winter, i have just bought a secondhand Escos heatsheild that i can cut to fit, and have a selection of alloy parts waiting for the powdercoaters. all items will be powdercoated silver and new blue hoses will be fitted along with my blue rocker cover which should look awesome against the black paint.
