I havent tried tensioning up the actuator yet, just wanted to try and rule out the AMAL valve first. Both AMAL valves are clicking like they should and i know the other one i tried works as we took it from my mates 3dr Coz. Its a real puzzler. Going to have another mess later today to see what the crack is! Cheers for the info guys, will let you know of any developments!
