Google's great - it lets you find pictures of Sierra rear mechs, the same as in the picture I posted

And yeah, we are quiet too. I'm off this week, so no idea what it's like this minute, but last week was quiet as hell. No one wants to pay for new screens etc, what with this "credit crunch" and it being summer holidays (kids off, going away etc)
