Hi all in the last couple of days me series 2 escort rs turbo has started to over boost intermitantly. Doesnt do it very often but is annoying when it does because i dont want anything to go pop . I have the actuator set to hold boost at half a bar but ever now and then it will boost like crazy up to a bar then tail off to half a bar again if i keep my foot down. Im thinking its the amal valve? but didnt know if you guy's had experienced this problem and know what it could be? ive found a new amal valve on ebay but just wanna make sure before i buy one!
