So my landrover weighs in at 2.3 ton, and is plated to tow 3.5 ton (ps the only 4x4 that can legally pull 3.5)

So legally i can tow a trailer that weighs in at up to 1.2 tons right? or is that 1.2+750kg???
As far as i mind the daihatsu fourtrack also pulls 3.5t
