You can't expect it to run anywhere near right when it's running the complete wrong calibration for the engine. No offence but from what i've read you do tend to dick around like this a lot and you're pissing in the wind.

The reason it 'runs better' when you unplug the MAP sensor is because, by a pure stroke of luck, the ECU has gone into a safe map that just so happens to have enough fuel for your engine to idle right. It is NOT by any stretch of the imagination 'right'.

What you should do, if you don't wish to wipe your engine out, is obtain a suitable chip+injectors from a good tuner to run the engine in etc. and then go and get it mapped at your preferred tuner (of which there are only a couple who do OFAB anyway)..
