i'd redo this year as i was attacked at work and because he never actually punched me as i dodged ducked and dived and pushed him back whilst he threw half a dozen punchs then i punched him one and i got done for it and am now on my final written warning even though we have a witness that said it was either take a punch or defend ones self

and now am being over looked for training and promotion all because i have a spine and stand up for myself !! but hey ho life goes on
