ABove 185, you're starting to push things out of the compressor map on a std T3, but with a half decent intercooler this shouldn't be an issue. There is no way a 1600 needs a 0.48 housing for 200hp. All you are doing is compressing the powerband. There is a touch to be gained at the top end granted, but it's a poor mod unless it's a track car.
The best road turbo would be the Stage 2, which gives you a 55 trim 2ed cossie compressor and 360 thrust. These turbos will give 215hp on a std engine other than cam and cooler. If you go for a proper cylinder head, you can ring 240hp out of them, with lots of torque and a nice broad power curve.
