Sounds like a lovely fella, if thats how he runs his business its no wonder he has been able to build such a highly specced car.
I dont know Ally well but i do know people who have worked for him and i do not think that is acceptible behaviour not to send items someone has bought BUT, if you turned up at my address and tried to lift a car i'd chop your legs off.
