I've just about had it - I fucking hate Windows and now this thing is pissing me off biug time......

Right so last thread saw drop outs in the WLAN connection and general slow running of web pages

So I thought since this only started after a reformat, then I would do another, which I have just completed. Fresh XP SP2 install, all drivers installed.

Ran network wizard, got it onto my network, it can see all computers blah blah.

But AGAIN same fucking problems!

- Can't access other computers on network even tho they show up - NETWORK PATH NOT FOUND : CONTACT ADMINISTRATOR etc

- Internet freezes. Open IE and it will go to homepage and maybe a search page, but after 1 or 2 pages it just freezes - do a search or open a new tab for example it just sits there doing fuck all then after about 30secs it says CANNOT FIND PAGE or PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED etc. The only way to get it to work again is turn off the wifi, turn it on again, wait for it to connect, then re-open IE. Then it does it all over again!

This is really beginning to fuck me off and there's really no point having a laptop if it behaves like this - it works fine on virtually all other wifi networks/hotspots I can connect to out and about in the streets, but in my own house it's fucking shit!

I don't understand it!
