To get the cam timing spot on imo you need to have a full set up on the rollers,set the timing to std and they can tweek them on the rollers

WHY because you will need a DTI and stand for setting up cam timing correctly

BD14 should do the job,but the only other restriction would be if you have a 2wd inlet if so change to a 4wd one or a small turbo escos onethe latter will need a bit of modding for the sensors
