As you can see from the posts, the Ford tolerances are pretty hit and miss, as some cars have no issues what-so-ever and others do (same cars). The simple cure is to just remove some material from the back of the bolt or change it for a slimmer item. It's not rocket science

i agree not rocket science, but the escos roll bar is thicker is it not which means i will be left with what? No bolt head or a half hole in the roll bar to allow the head of the bolt to sit in
