Hi. She doesnt seem to have done so badly to me mate. If you look at it in percentage terms, you are about 10 - 12% short are you not?

The torque is excellent, only teh power is short, so what your asking is can the compression being too low and the head porting being wrong cost you 10 - 15% Power? The answer is a resounding yes, it certainly can.

I would have the inlet off and verify the head dimensions as that power and torque are pretty synomous with a standard head.
