Yesterday i fitted a new head gasket to the saff, and obviously new bolts.

i used the following sequence;

stage 1 - 25nm

stage 2 - 50nm

stage 3 90 degree rotation

stage 4 - 110nm

I am now worried that the bolts may not be tight enough as on the final stage it did not take 90 degrees to make the 110nm.

Is 110nm bottom limit for the required torque?

Really worried about this now!
