Yes i was just running a 100% standard engine, on the ar5e dyno i reckon it was doing over 250bhp, It was in full trim then so 1040kg's and it was slightly quicker than a 320bhp evo.
The engine had done 144,000 when i stripped it i reckon it was on the stock head gasket from the factory and the history suggest it had only had 1 cambelt change!
I didn't deliberately break it, but pushed well beyond it's capable limit's knowing what was going to happen. I wouldn't do this to some1 else's car but i don't mind on my own.
