The power you would see would be dependent upon how good your engine is and how much boost you wish to run.
The biggest advantage with EFI is the manner in which the car idles and performs for me it just feels more lively and cleaner, you can not explain it until you have driven a RST on decent management.
The MFI system contrary to peoples belief is pretty good and well capable of fueling cars up to a certain level when its working well, the problem is that not to many these days work well which adds to reliability concerns.

with your engine spec on EFI I would expect to see a decent and reliable 230 without to much stress on the engine.

Before deciding upon any management what so ever I would suggest also talking to whoever you may wish to map your car and take advice from them, if a tuner does not give you time to answer your questions, what makes you think he is going to have enough time for your car ?
