Tony - What you fail to realise is, the chances are, these bad reports you keep reading/typing, are most likely typed by you or other Xbox owners.... Not sure why you are so bitter, maybe its because the HD DVD really took off or because you like pretty much every Xbox owner, have had to get replacements...

The blu-ray player is superb... the fact it plays games, internet, media server etc is purely an added bonus...
