i think your slightly over complicating things here mate; a t38, set of greys or Siemens blacks, a decent chip, 3 map bar sensor, and a rs500 style cooler will make the power you want on a standard block, internals, head & cams
unless they is any specific reason why you want head work and cams? save you money, you dont need them for 420bhp
