Is this a coincidence, when my stereo is up loud (it's about 1000 watts RMS) I seem to get misfires more often (Cossie). I had a backfire today after turning up the bass for about 30 seconds...

Does this mean I need a capacitor? Or is there something amiss ie. alternator????
