If they were warped to fuck on fitting then he has a right to ask for a refund as there is no way of checking them easily without special equiptment or fitting them to the car.

Bit different to selling someone a bent crank thats meant to be mint, for top money without even taking it to the engineering shop to get checked and polished, which costs about £10 to make sure you are not selling junk
