how many time have we all seen you on here shouitng from from the tree tops,theres no such thing as sold as seen and PMing people to give them advice on how to take people to court
so which is it Will,as you seem to have changed your tune
sold as seen or a millions years warranty
I think I will save this responce just to remind you next time you offer your advice on how to reclaim your money.

for the record the guy came and inspected he was happy at the time,so its his fault but then again you are a trader which in Wills eyes will always make you wrong
