I sold some lotus elise brake disks and pads on ebay a few weeks back. I thought they where worth penuts but they sold for £184 as they are apperently rare as hell!!
Anyway, the seller came and inspected the disks, handed over the money and left happy.
Ten days later he emails me saying they are not the disks he thought they where and asked what I thought!!
I told him I thought they where the correct disks as the came off a car with a known service history (these where the orignal brakes).
So he's opened an ebay "not as described" case!!!!!
What do I do? I sold them in good faith - he calims they arnt what he wanted to buy....

he's a twat? with too much money? and not enough exprience?
you ain't halfords, or tesco, or john lewis where peole can say "sorry, bought as a presant, don't fit" and get your money back
if you've already told him to like it or lump it then fine, otherwise offer to refund his money, - 30% handling commision and he'll have to come and return the items in as good a condition as they were originally or no deal
but if you don't mind having a dirty consience tell him to get fucked
