Hello,

I bought the car a week ago, its not standard. Has gt28 turbo etc bluefin and bits.

On saturday i noticed when the car comes on boost around 4k rpm it started holding back and you could hear the turbo kind of stuttering as it was trying to make boost, then once you had reached around 5k rpm it would clear and come on full boost.

I was advised it could be a misfire so try to replace the spark plugs, which i did today using ford (motorcraft triple platinum plugs). Just took her out and drove fine till i tried to bring her on boost and got again to 4k rpm and i felt her trying to splutter again so backed off the accelerator and changed into 4th but then i could feel the car reving itself with my foot completely off the pedal, pushed the clutch in and she kept revving but really lumpy.

Switched her off and tried all the leads, she then wouldn't start, eventually got her fired up with a load of gas and the revs go wild up and down between 3-4k really lumpy and again the turbo is trying to spin but stuttering away.

Limped her home slowly, can't see anything that could of come off..
