Well Chip......

You're Tuner Friendly Attitude has caused more potential damage to Emerald than the 5 minute call it would have taken to answer your question.

So you've actually done Emerald more harm than good.

There are people who are making statements that two people have got rid of the system because of the issue you are talking about..... but then saying they might not be sure if thats true.

Someone else saying someone got rid of it because they didnt get on with it and now someone else has had an opportunity to comment and say the customer service they'd received is poor.
