I owned arches some time ago, but I sold them because to be honest I hate bodywork and they were fiberglass replicas, in need of some work...
I don't really think that it looks "off" without them. I think it looks good and I don't really want it to fully look like a Cossie, because it isn't a real one.
I like it how it is now. I haven't never been a fussy about little things, it's the overall look and feeling what is important for me.
It's really just an opinion difference.
