your camera will need around 300 to get the same shot,

out of the two lenses you picked i think id get the 70-200mm and if the pics are not tight enough get a 1.4 extender as focus speed is a lot better on this lens if i remember right

best thing would be spend a more on the canon 300mm f4 , but i know were not all made of money , sadly
