The supplied chip and it's replacement had a collosal hole about 1800-2500rpm, which was so bad you physically could not drive through it in 4th or 5th gear.
I contacted MSD, and they gave a refund, including postage without complaint or delay, once it had been seen to be the chip/s.
Everything was set up as per instructions to the letter, merely swapping with another chip eliminated 100% the problem.
I would point out I had faultless service from MSD, and lots of advice help to try to get this problem sorted, but unfortunately to no avail.
For service alone I still use MSD for parts when needed, but have now decided to go aftermarket ecu, as Emerald rolling road is 500 metres away, so makes a lot of sense for me.
