It seems we are being overun with scum now and are powerless to stop it.
Its all down to parenting and how a child is bought up, and thats a fact!
All i can say is im gonna try my damn hardest to make sure my boys are well mannered curtious and respectful human beings!
Just wish every other parent felt that way.
