I only ask as there are only two types of gantry cameras approved for use Gatsos and HADECS. Specs AFAIK aren't approved for gantry use.
them's the ones, but they are hidden away in the gantry signs where the matrix for slowing down, lane changing signs are

just been up m11 a14 M1 to doncaster. all the way up you see them hanging right out over the lanes. how can u not see them they are bright yellow
no one seems to eralise that it's the average speed, so if you are doing 45 in a 50 you won't get done, but if you slow down to 30 up the hill then you are blocking everyone else as well
