I'm a spark mate just the board alone depending on the run you'd expect to pay between £200 and £300 inc breakers. Again depending on the run but prob expect to pay around the same for the external work. This would be certified. But also would require your earth bonding to be up together for for your services. If not expect to pay around £120 worst case i imagine.
