. However, I suspect these are more likely to be 4.4s and are absolutely of no use to you what-so-ever. Be careful as even if it does seem a bargain, some of the early 9" diffs cannot even be converted to run a 3.64 CWP, so you could end up buying an expensive ornament

mine has got a 4.4 cwp,but then you would want to keep that as 95% of folk buying a 9" diff would be on 4.4's,so yes if you wanted 3.64 you would need to buy a new cwp,or find a used one,but the 9" diff is still a good long term investment what ever ratio it is.
