not relly mate you need to gey the plastic coating off,you can burn it off but its a lot less money or strip by hand.prices are very high at the minute so i would say keep it clean and do it by hand with a stanley.

no you dont,if its unstripped its £1200 per tonne at the moment,if flex take the plugs off now,they were accepted until febuary now they take weight off if plugs left on,
