undo the gearbox mounting nuts that hold the mounts to the cradle. just undo them and take them off, lower engine down into place, line it up and put together. if you still stuggle, then no offence but i dont think you should be taking an engine out mate.
you should only have to take the box out and put them both up together when space is an issue which with a cvh in a mk4 it really is not
