Personally, if you HAVE to have cats, I would recommend doing what the Belgians do: Have a standard exhaust with the three cats to fit on the car to get it by the Australian MOT equivalent and then refit the Magnex afterwards, which I think would be more than sufficient. With an aftermarket ECU, you can even have a special "MOT" map

I don't know enough about your emission requirements to know if a 100 cell race cat would be sufficient to get you through your MOT, so I don't think the extra cost of this on top of the custom exhaust price would be a wise move, in case a single cat was not sufficient to get through. You'd then be well pissed off having spent close to £1600 on an exhaust that didn't do what you wanted
