A 3" off the shelf system is okay for 450bhp, but beyond that I would be thinking of a custom built set-up for ultimate power. If not very, then the Blue Flame version is the cheapest, although the Mongoose is better quality / fit.
A custom one like mine would set you back £1400, but it will pass even the strictest noise regulations due to it's four silencers....
If you can wait, then I would add your name to the list that was on here not long ago for the group buy of a Magnex. A bit more expensive than the Mongoose and Blue Flame items, but fits as well as the standard one and has fractionally more flow

Mike, what sort of power would the Magnex sytstem be good for? or would it always be best to have custom made, to reduce on power loss??
Also with the custom made does the car have to be left there quite some time or is it something that can be turned round in a day?
