You don't have to run the sensor, but the ecu will be running in a failed mode.. it's not the end of the world and it'll be fine but for the sake of putting the sensor on, you may as well!
Would be interesting how to foul the ECU as I don't want to spend money on the new sensor and the old I think will be to slow... I know that ideal mixture is 14.7:1 and at that point liamda is sending 0,45v to the ecu, so was thinking to feed 0,45v from the sensore wire to the ECU and that should foul it ...what you think?
