I have just bought myself a new mini as a project, the main problem with it is that its rusted badly around the sun roof.
I've had a quick google, and a few people 'in the know' have told me that the roof skin is the one replacement panel you can't buy although i did find one place that does them, but at £220 quid they can keep it!!
i was originaly going to just cut the rot out and rivit a plate over the hole, smooth the edges in and paint and sticker up but thats never going to look great.

so i was thinking... can i find a mini breakers with a rotton mini with a good non sunroof skin, cut the roof off from the bottom of the gutters where it can hardly be seen, cut the rot out of mine and bond it over the top with this stuff

its having a rollcage too btw.
