The rover V8 is a high volume, low pressure oil supply engine, 35/40psi when warm at 3000revs.
NOT to be confused with COSSIE oil pressure, I was just saying that it(cossie) is not low compared to some.
The figures given by people above is what I would expect from a cossie engine, I'd not be worried if mine had 20psi@idle so long as it picked up on the move.
