Mine hasn't been on the rollers, but Karl at NMS said its a very quick T34 car and is around 400/400.

Radtech RS500 cooler and alloy rad
Siemens Blacks
3" exhaust with no baffles (Really quiet at full chat )
Massive Grp A cone filter
AP 6 Paddle
NMS Livemap - 32 psi peak dropping to 28 then 24 at the limiter

I really like how it drives at its very strong midrange although as its only a little turbo drops off a bit at the top.

As said above, I guess there's loads of ways of getting 400. Mine is probably the cheapest
