Mines got low comps (7.2) and BD 14 and 15 cams with a flowed head. I'm only running (only???) 408 bhp at the wheels with 407 of torque... using peak of 28lb of boost on a T4 (rs500) with greys.

I have also driven 1374 Lee's rs500 which is standard cams etc and a much much smoother ride at lower speeds - depends what you want really? He has around 420bhp at the flywheel and is plenty quick - I really liked the car to drive.

Take it too far and the low speeds are a hassle - as per mine but when i open her up.... whhheeeeee
