Thats known as sleep paralysis. I get this too, its like your whole body is buzzing and you can hear your heart beating like a drum in your head. I find the buzzing sensation amazing but it shits me up a bit as i feel im fighting for every breath.

Edited to say i get the opposite of the floating feeling, it feels like im sinking into my bed.
