NEO has hit the nail on the head.. I restored all the settings back in to the phone from the back up thing,and EXACTLEY the same problem!!!! i did a master reset,reinstalled just contacts,and now its working like a dream!!!!
Only pron i have now is,it wont let me update the fuckin firm ware!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're on V21 then it's up to date.
If you're not, then you need to debrand it before you can upgrade it. Follow this link and read it carefully.
