That should work fine:
1. Providing you don't need the ABS.
2. Don't screw it in too far so the teeth take the tip off the sensor.
3. Know the teeth count of the ABS wheel

What a complete waste of time putting it on a driven wheel, as it will be wheel spin city
. At leat you will know how fast the tyres are spinning
