Yes, I wouldnt perhaps go as far as "most" but certianly MANY are, including MDMA/E etc
Changing its status from illegal to legal would remove that problem, it would also lead to tax revenue being generated that could be used to further tackle such issues.
The downside of legalising it though, is that there would almost certianly be a MASSIVE increase in its use.
With proper education that would be no bad thing, but sadly proper education and the british public arent two things you hear together!
