Ive no idea on porkies state of mind im afraid mate, mental heath issues are a difficult thing to spot from just seeing someone now and then in a group of people which is my only real interaction with Porkie generally.
Id be surprised if he doesnt have some sort of minor changes to his personality and/or cognitive ability though based on abusing drugs.
