Had my cossie set up by stu about 8months ago

I fitted a brand new turbo technics t35 0.55 housing and actuator

i have had it out about 8times and put about 500 miles on it

when set up stu had it set up with 29psi to give 380-390bhp

I had it rolling roaded on the 15march and recored 335.9bhp and 377lbft torque which was a bit down on expectations

I had it out for a run at the weekend and notice that it is only recording 24psi on the gauge and i now think this is why it may have been down on power

Am i right to assume to the actuator has been bedding in and therefore the psi put out has dropped

Would i be right in also adjusting the actuator up to give the reading of 29psi as set up by stu
