hello all, can anyone tell me if a company can charge what they like for the transcripts , thats when you phone a company or they phone you and record whats said!! only i have a dispute with auto mart online, they are a company that pretend to be auto trader and are frauds.. here is my post about them

people on here should read this for there own good!!! anyway they want £9.99 for the transcripts of what i said and more importantly what they said, i have already phoned trading standards and they advised me to ask for the transcrpts and that it might cost a couple of quid as your talking a 20p disc and a 30p stamp so were they get £9.99 from i dont now , only that its evedently to put me off asking for it! trading standards have also got intouch with blackpool council who have sent me a form with a loads of questions on it about this company, auto mart online!! i wonder if blackpool council have had lots of complaints
